About The Owners

In May of 2023 owners Erica and Greg White dreamed of starting a bakery business then someday combining it in a space with Greg's recording studio business SG Studios. We have taken the first step in this venture and love seeing the smiles when our clients enjoy our products.

Erica developed these recipes over the past 20 years while baking at home for family and friends. Over the past 5 years she has been baking in the cottage food industry and now is enjoying developing new products for Rolled Out Baker
